Someone who:
- Has extensive experience in agricultural systems, whether through formal agronomy, research, or hands-on farming
- Has attempted to drive change in previous roles but found traditional structures limiting
- Feels a deep frustration with the gap between what agriculture could be and what it is today
- Has spotted countless opportunities for innovation but lacked the freedom to pursue them

What You'll Do
Here, you won't be forced to implement systems you know won't work. Instead, you'll:
- Have the freedom to challenge any agricultural assumption, no matter how established
- Work directly with farmers to understand their frustrations and envision radical solutions
- Design experiments that test fundamental assumptions about how farming could work
- Collaborate with similarly frustrated experts from other fields to create unprecedented approaches
- Build and test the solutions you wish you could have implemented in previous roles
Your Foundation

- Deep understanding of crop production systems gained through real experience
- Knowledge of soil science, plant nutrition, and crop protection
- Experience with field research and agricultural experimentation
